EduManage provides a comprehensive cloud-based student management system including but not limited to:

• ✓Fee collection and financial management
• ✓Employee and payroll management
• ✓Communication tools and notifications
• ✓Analytics and reporting dashboards

You are responsible for:

• ✓Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ✓All activities that occur under your account
• ✓Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• ✓Ensuring all information provided is accurate and up-to-date
• ✓Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR and local regulations:

• ✓Personal data is encrypted and stored securely
• ✓We implement industry-standard security measures
• ✓Data is used solely for providing educational services
• ✓We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent

Subscription terms and payment policies:

We continuously improve our Service and reserve the right to add new features, modify existing ones, perform maintenance, and update these Terms as needed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EduManage shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
